| We delivered a 3-day Train the Trainer program for 8 participants in the Philadelphia area. The client brought together staff with various training functions and responsibilities, including technical trainers and sales presenters.
We found it interesting that the sales reps made huge gains in terms of incorporating the Accelerated Learning techniques into their sales presentations. Typically, they have to give these presentations during the lunch hour to a group of engineers who are more concerned about eating than listening. There are a lot of distractions going on during lunch break and it can be a challenge to get their attention and focus from the get-go.
However, the new strategy they planned for future presentations spurred much enthusiasm as it would help to eliminate distractions, get prospects in a focused state and ready to learn about the product.
Some participants implemented what they learned immediately following the training with great success. We often get this feedback due to the simple format of this program, yet transformational impact.
And we find it amazing how participants can transfer the learning to many different applications back on the job, including short or long presentations, short or long training programs, debriefings, boardroom meetings, staff meetings, sales presentations, and day-to-day communication with peers and superiors.
