Donna discovered early in her career that traditional classroom-style
education is ineffective in building true competence in the learning
process. She researched new teaching methods that would encourage
self-motivated and self-directed learners—the kind that would
be valuable assets to an organization.
She developed innovative training programs helping instructors
and presenters transfer information to their learners efficiently
in a variety-based, option-rich, skill-building learning environment.

Donna holds a Master's degree in Communications from the University
of Calgary and taught in the Faculty of Communication and Culture
for eight years. She has been a guest speaker at numerous conference
